Dutch Oven Fried Rice

One of my all time favorite dishes is Chinese Fried Rice. In fact I often take my wok with me when I'm camping.
Since most of you aren't crazy enough to pack a wok in your camping gear, I started thinking about how I could make a simple fried rice recipe in a Classic Dutch Oven.
As recipes go, I probably had more doubts about this one than any I had come up with before. After a little experimentation I was surprised to find that you could make a very tasty and effortless fried rice this way.
I'm now confident you won't find a better version of this recipe anywhere
