So many of us love to create, share, and take part in a great meal. And for the most part we all love to spend time outdoors.  Whether you are miles away from others, or have staked out a prime camping spot at your local County park there is something inexplicable that happens to us when we step away from our busy lives and spend a few days without walls. Having some great camping recipes to bring along can make that relaxing weekend even more enjoyable

Camping and cooking have been a part of my life since my earliest memories, and I am happy that I now have a place to share some of my favorite recipes with you. All of these original camping recipes have been developed over the years either by myself and my family, or have been contributed by friends I have been fortunate enough to spend time with in the great outdoors.
